Closed sleeves type AKT/KTM

Closed protective sleeve used as a transition between casing pipe and carrier pipe in gravity systems. The closed version, type AKT/AWM, is threaded onto the casing pipe before the pipes are laid in place, giving a quick and protected transition in the trench. The sleeve is made of EPDM and copes with large differences in outside diameter between the casing pipe and carrier pipe, for example from 875 mm down to 350 mm. The range covers casing pipes from 135 mm up to 810 mm and carrier pipes down to 20 mm, and the sleeves are adapted to the specific size and the customer's requirements so that they fit every application. If installation is needed afterwards, once the pipes are already in place, an open version is also available that is glued together on site, with adhesive and brush suited to the purpose.
