Trench box VB 100 is the most versatile and practical solution when pipes up to 1500 mm in diameter are to be laid in a trench. The system is installed to a depth of up to 5.00 metres using one base box and two extension boxes. The base box is pushed vertically into the ground by alternately pressing and lowering, commonly known as the dig-and-push method. Maximum working height, i.e. free pipe clearance, is approximately 1.54 metres. A trench width from 1.20 to 4.00 metres is possible with a standard strut and strut extensions. The standard strut is exceptionally robust, which means the system can also be installed in poor or unstable ground conditions. Substantial plate thickness combined with a robust design gives very low deformation. The standard width is 990–1290 mm, and strut extensions are available when wider boxes are required.

VB 100 is supplied as standard with a working width of 990-1290 mm. If wider boxes are required, choose the strut extension that fits.
