Telescopic extension spindle set, acid-resistant stainless steel

The telescopic extension spindle set is used to operate buried valves from ground level. The set is manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4571 (A4), giving a robust and corrosion-resistant operating device in the ground. The design is telescopic, which means the length can be adjusted on site to suit the depth of the valve without the set needing to be shortened or specially ordered. The connection to the valve is threaded, whilst the upper part of the set has wings for connection to the surface box. An outer protective tube protects the construction and the seal counteracts ingress of soil and water. The set is intended for gate valves in smaller sizes and is combined with a surface box above ground for access with a valve key.
