Flexible test balls i2 series
The i2 series offers superior range and is compact when deflated. Kevlar-reinforced plug with aluminium end plates and a PRV valve that protects against overfilling.

About the product
Flexible test balls in the i2 series are used to seal off and pressure test gravity sewers during leak testing. The large range means that one and the same plug covers several pipe sizes, and together the series covers everything from smaller service pipes to large mains up to DN 2000. The plug is short and light and has a small dimension when deflated, which means it is easily inserted through manholes and narrow openings and then inflated on site. The body is kevlar-reinforced for durability and the aluminium end plates minimise rust and corrosion. The pull loop is used to secure the plug with a line during testing, and the patented PRV valve limits the pressure in the plug so that it cannot be overfilled. Max pressure in the pipe plug is 2.5 bar.
