U-ratchet key with torque limiter providing controlled tightening of PSX couplings. Also available without a limiter, for different coupling sizes.
The U-ratchet key is a hand tool for tightening PSX couplings. The range is divided into two groups: U-ratchet keys with a torque limiter, which keep tightening within a set torque, and U-ratchet keys without a limiter, where the fitter controls the tightening themselves. The keys are available with a 7/16", 1/2" and 9/16" square drive. The smaller square drive is used for the smaller couplings, while 1/2" and 9/16" cover the larger sizes, up to couplings of just over a metre. The tools are also colour-coded by size range, making it easy to select the right key before starting installation and to keep track of the keys when several sizes are used on the same site.
