BlueSeal universal kit

BlueSeal universal kit is a conversion kit that makes the BlueSeal coupling universal, so that it fits all types of pipe. The kit is available in the universal sizes 15-21, 21-27 and 27-35 mm for PE pipe 25, 32 and 40 mm, and is used in pressurised water systems with a working pressure of 16 bar. The main parts are made of polypropylene and form part of BlueSeal's patented, end-load resistant sealing system with a pre-lubricated double lip seal. During installation the pipe end is chamfered and the insertion depth is marked. The nut is then loosened, the pipe is turned in to the pipe stop and the nut is tightened with the dedicated installation tool to the specified tightening torque. A chamfering tool is available as an accessory and makes preparation of the pipe end easier.
