Round valve surface boxes are used to make isolating valves buried in the ground accessible from the surface. They fit all IBECO extension spindle sets and also work together with extension spindle sets of other makes, making them easy to use for both new installations and replacements in existing pipe networks. The surface box is manufactured in ductile iron EN-GJS-500. The lid is marked for water, wastewater or district cooling respectively, so that the media type can be identified directly on site. The lid is fitted with an O-ring, which gives a tight seal against the surface box frame.
