About the product
Restrained service valve PN16 with a 90° angle, push-fit for PE pipe and male thread on the inlet side. The valve has a full bore, which gives low pressure loss and allows jetting of the service pipe. It is available in DN 20–50 for PE pipe with outside diameter 32–63 mm and is suitable for drinking water and neutral liquids in the blue version, and for wastewater in the red-brown version. The body is cast in ductile iron with epoxy coating internally and externally. The push-fit is restrained against PE80 and PE100 up to PN16 and locks the pipe without welding or an additional clamp joint, which shortens installation time in the trench. The disc and stem seals give a low closing torque, between 7 and 13 turns to fully open. Working temperature 0–40 °C and 15 years' warranty.
