Hymax Grip end caps

The Hymax Grip end cap is used to plug a pipeline in a restrained, pressure-tight manner, for all pipe materials and with a wide range within DN40–300. The cap is a ductile iron coupling with grip teeth that do not need to be changed between different pipe materials, and it accommodates ground movement in all directions. It is supplied with two G50 outlets (one outlet for DN40-65) and, as standard, a 2” brass plug. The entire installation is carried out from above: clean the pipe's contact surface, check the outside diameter with the supplied diameter tape, and tighten the bolts to the specified torque using a torque wrench. If the wider range is required, the inner removable gasket layer is removed. Rated to PN16 and pressure tested to 2 x PN; other pressure classes available on request.
