About the product
The PE electrofusion reducing tee is used to take a branch connection in a smaller size from a PE pipeline in water and gas networks. The fitting has a branch with a spigot end and is manufactured in PE100RC, SDR11, with pressure class PN16 for water and PN10 for gas. The range covers sizes from 25/20 mm up to 315/250 mm, so the same product type can be used from service pipes to larger mains. Installation is by electrofusion: the fusion wires are integrated into the socket section and each part has a unique ID number and barcode, so the fusion parameters are read directly into the fusion machine and the weld can be documented. In sizes 20–280 mm the centre stop can be removed, giving flexibility when fitting the pipe ends. Custom sizes can be produced on request.
