Extension band for Eztap

About the product
The extension band is an accessory for Fernco Eztap flexible 90° branch saddles and is used when the saddle's standard mounting band is not long enough to go round the pipe. Each band increases the pipe outside diameter the saddle can be clamped onto by 150 mm, and several bands can be used together when the size requires it. The band is made of acid-resistant stainless steel. The Eztap saddles are fitted onto smooth pipes regardless of wall thickness, for example PVC, PE, steel, cast iron and ductile iron, concrete, asbestos cement, GRP or vitrified clay pipe, with outside diameters from 150 up to 425 mm. With an extension band, the same saddle can also be used on larger pipes. The saddle installation requires minimal excavation, as only the surface where the saddle is fitted needs to be exposed and the pipe bedding does not need to be disturbed.
