Hymax Grip flanged couplings

The Hymax Grip flanged coupling joins pipes with a flanged connection in sizes DN40-DN350 and works against all common pipe materials. The wide range means the same coupling covers several outside diameters, which keeps the number of stock items down. The coupling is restrained and locks the pipe axially, but can also be used as a sliding sleeve where restraint is not required. The flange has a combination drilling that handles both PN10 and PN16, so one and the same coupling suits both pressure classes. Tightening is done from above with a t-handle, which simplifies installation in confined trenches, and the design allows up to 8 degrees of deflection. When fitting to PE pipe, we recommend using stiffeners in the pipe end.
