About the product
The replacement ring is a service kit with gland, seal, bolt and grip teeth for one side of a Hymax Grip restrained pipe coupling, allowing an existing coupling to be rebuilt or restored in the field. The rings are available from DN 50 to DN 300 and cover coupling spans from approximately 39 to 362 mm. The gland is made of ductile iron and the coupling operates in pressure class PN16 with up to ±4° deflection per side. During installation, the bolts are tightened from the top side only to the specified torque, and the inner removable sealing layer can be taken out when the larger span is required.
