Plug & Play 90° bends, push-fit
Pressure water coupling that turns the PE pipeline through 90° with push-fit connection. Connects PE pipe in SDR11 and SDR17 quickly and in a restrained manner, without welding.

About the product
Plug & Play 90° bend is used to turn a PE pipeline in pressure water systems, with a PE end in both directions. The bend is available for pipe outside diameter 20–63 mm in pressure class PN16 and connects PE pipe in both SDR11 and SDR17. The coupling is manufactured in PP and seals with a double lip seal ring, whilst a specially designed grip ring makes the connection restrained: the water pressure drives the pipe outwards and the grip ring then grips securely. Installation is by push-fit, replacing electrofusion welding and manual tightening. Cut the pipe square, clean and chamfer the pipe end, measure and mark the insertion depth and then push the pipe in to the mark.
