Plug & Play tee PE-PE-PE

Plug&Play tee is used to branch off pressure water pipelines of PE and connects PE pipes in SDR11 and SDR17 with push-fit connection. The tee has a PE connection at all three ends and is available for pipe sizes from OD 20 to 63 mm with pressure class PN16. The design is based on a coupling in PP with double lip seal and a specially designed grip ring, which replaces electrofusion welding and manual tightening for both new installation and repair. During installation, the pipe is cut or sawn square, the pipe ends are cleaned and chamfered with the appropriate chamfering tool, the insertion depth is measured and marked, and the pipes are then pushed in to the marking. The water pressure drives the pipes outwards so that the grip ring achieves a secure grip.
