About the product
The Plug & Play 90° angle connects PE pipe to a female-threaded connection where the line needs to change direction. The angle is available for pipe sizes OD 20–63 mm with threads from G15 to G50 and is used in pressurised water systems with PN16, for PE pipe in both SDR11 and SDR17. The coupling is made of PP and seals with a double lip seal against a specially designed gripper ring: the water pressure drives the pipe outwards so that the gripper ring gets a secure grip. Installation is by push-fit and replaces electrofusion welding and manual tightening. Cut the pipe square, clean and chamfer the pipe end, measure and mark the insertion depth, then push the pipe in to the mark.
