PP-steel flanges are loose flanges for flanged joints in pressurised pipe systems. The flange is not fixed to the pipe but sits loosely, which means it can be rotated into position so that the bolt holes are easily aligned with the mating flange during installation. The range covers pipe outside diameters from 25 to 1200 mm, corresponding to DN 20 to DN 1200. The smaller sizes have combined flange drilling PN10/16 and withstand 16 bar working pressure, whilst the largest sizes are supplied with PN10 drilling and 10 bar. From DN 200 upwards, several sizes are available in both PN10 and PN16 versions, so the flange can be matched to the existing installation. The number of bolt holes follows the drilling pattern, ranging from 4 x M12 on the smallest size to 28 bolts on the largest flanges.
