About the product
Plug 2" is a threaded plug with a 2" male thread used to close a threaded outlet. It is intended for blank flanges supplied with a threaded outlet G50, allowing the outlet to be kept sealed when not in use and reopened when needed. The blank flanges are available in sizes DN 40 to DN 1200 with flange drilling PN10/16 and a working pressure of 16 bar in the smaller sizes and PN10 and 10 bar in the larger ones. The plug screws straight into the outlet, which means it can be fitted and removed without loosening the flanged joint itself. The range also includes blank flanges without a threaded outlet, for situations where no plug is needed.
