Hymax 2 straight pipe couplings PN16

Hymax 2 is a non-restrained straight pipe coupling for PN16 that joins pipes of different materials and sizes, from DN40 upwards. The wide clamping range means the same coupling fits several outside diameters, and it allows deflection of up to ±4 degrees per side to accommodate settlement and unevenness in the pipeline. Before installation, clean the pipe contact surfaces and check the outside diameter to ensure the pipe OD lies within the coupling's working range. The minimum insertion depth is 55 mm for DN40–DN300 and greater for larger sizes. Tightening is carried out from above and finished with a torque wrench to the torque stated on the coupling.
