Saddle branch fitting EasyClip Link for smooth plastic pipes

EasyClip Link is a saddle branch fitting for connection to smooth plastic pipes according to outside dimension, installed on pipes from DN300 up to and including DN1200. The design handles most pipe types, for example PP, PVC, PE, concrete, vitrified clay and double-wall pipe types. The branch is available in 160 mm and 200 mm, and the connection to smooth pipe DN 160 or DN 200 is made with a lip seal function in sizes according to EN1401. The saddle seals hydraulically from the inside of the pipe, which contributes to a secure and reliable seal. Installation takes place in a drilled hole using a 200 mm hole saw for plastic pipe, and an installation tool is included with EasyClip Link. The height is 255 mm with a 160 mm branch and 315 mm with a 200 mm branch, and the saddle is selected according to the pipe's diameter and wall thickness. If required, the branch can be angled +/- 10° using the IBECO swivel.
