IBECO Penstocks Rising Stem
A variant of the penstock where the stem rises visibly on opening, giving clear position indication on site. The series is manufactured in PE (HDPE PE500) and 316 marine grade stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life with minimal maintenance.

A variant of the penstock where the stem rises visibly on opening, giving clear position indication on site. The series is manufactured in PE (HDPE PE500) and 316 marine grade stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life with minimal maintenance. The gate moves vertically within a rigid frame and seals against an EPDM strip on all four sides, sealing in both flow directions, on-seating and off-seating. The penstock is mounted against a flat wall; in circular chambers a curved backplate (CBA) is used. Standard is a rising TR25x5 stem with anticlockwise closing. Operating temperature: Continuous 80 °C Intermittent 100 °C
