About the product
Resilient-seated gate valve series 3000 with spigot ends and full bore, designed for pipe networks in DN 50–500. The valve is available in a blue finish for drinking water and operates at 0–70°C (frost-free) at pressure class PN16. The design is based on a ductile iron body with a fully vulcanised wedge and fixed spindle nut, a stem in acid-resistant stainless steel with rolled threads and four stem seals. Four stem seals and a cam ring that fixes the stem give low closing torques and a long service life. The bolts are countersunk and protected with encapsulation compound. The spigot ends make installation into an existing pipeline straightforward, and the valve is also available with a long spigot end in DN 100 and DN 150. The product carries a 15-year warranty.
