About the product
Toploading VLS branch saddles are used to easily take a branch from an existing PE pipe. The saddle is electrofused onto the pipe and becomes a cost-effective alternative to prefabricated fittings, since the branch can be positioned exactly where it is needed instead of rebuilding the pipeline. The branch fitting is manufactured in PE100RC and supplied in SDR11 for water up to PN16 and gas up to PN10. The range fits pipes with an outside diameter from 315 mm up to 1000 mm with a 225 mm branch, and the branch has a height of 120 mm. Installation uses a special installation tool that holds the saddle firmly against the pipe during fusion. Other sizes and other SDR classes are available on request.
