About the product
BlueSeal PE end cap is used to terminate and plug pressurised PE water systems. It is available in sizes from 16 to 110 mm and withstands a working pressure of 16 bar, making it suitable for everything from service pipes to larger distribution mains. The coupling is made of PP and requires no special tools, giving a very easy installation across many variants. The sealing system is the core of its function: a pre-lubricated double lip seal provides the tightness, while a grip ring locks the pipe end and takes up tensile forces. As the seal is already pre-lubricated on delivery, the pipe can be inserted and the nut tightened directly on site, with no extra lubrication needed. The end cap is approved for drinking water and can therefore be used in drinking water installations.
