About the product
Tees in the BlueSeal range are used to connect pressurised PE water systems and are available in a universal design with a copper connection. The coupling is manufactured mainly from PP and covers sizes from 16 to 110 mm, allowing the same system to be used from the service pipe through to smaller distribution pipes. The working pressure is 16 bar and the product is approved for drinking water. The sealing system consists of a pre-lubricated double lip seal together with a grip ring, where the grip ring holds the pipe in place and the lip seals seal against the surface of the pipe.
