About the product
BlueSeal 90° elbow is an elbow coupling for PE pressurised water systems, where the PE pipe is connected to a copper pipe at 90 degrees. The coupling is made of PP and withstands a working pressure of 16 bar. The BlueSeal range is available in sizes from 16 to 110 mm, and the elbow coupling is supplied in several combinations where the PE side meets copper pipe in different sizes, allowing the same system to be extended onto existing copper pipework. The sealing system consists of a pre-lubricated double lip seal together with a grip ring that locks the pipe. This makes installation very simple and quick, without welding or special tools, and the coupling can be fitted directly in the trench or in spaces with limited room. The product is approved for drinking water and is available in many variants.
