BlueSeal straight couplings with reinforced female thread
BlueSeal straight coupling for pressurised PE water systems with a reinforced female thread – handles 16 bar and installs quickly without welding. It is very easy to install and is available in many variants. The sealing system consists of a pre-lubricated double lip seal and a grip ring.

About the product
The BlueSeal straight coupling with reinforced female thread is used to connect pressurised PE water systems to a threaded connection. The range is available in sizes 50-110 mm and handles a working pressure of 16 bar. The coupling is an end-load resistant compression coupling made mainly of polypropylene and is very easy to install. The seal is based on a patented system with a pre-lubricated double lip seal and a clamping ring, giving a tight and restrained connection without welding. During installation, the PE pipe end is chamfered and cleaned, the nut is unscrewed to the outermost thread, and the pipe is turned in to the pipe stop before the nut is tightened with the dedicated installation tool.
