About the product
BlueSeal straight coupling with valve connects PE pipes in pressure water systems whilst also providing isolation in the pipeline, without welding. The coupling is end-load resistant and is based on a patented sealing system with a pre-lubricated double lip seal, pressure ring and grip ring, making it one of the easiest couplings to install on the market. The body is made of polypropylene (PP). Installation is carried out in three steps: chamfer and clean the pipe end, unscrew the nut to the outermost thread, insert the pipe to the pipe stop and tighten the nut with the appropriate installation tool. The BlueSeal range is available in sizes from 16 to 110 mm and withstands a working pressure of 16 bar; the valve version is supplied for PE pipes 20-32 mm in PN 10. The specified tightening torques per size must be followed for final tightening.
