About the product
Straight DC couplings are used to join pipes of different materials and sizes in stormwater and wastewater pipelines. This variant has no backing plate and is therefore suitable for applications with lower ground pressure. The coupling is made of EPDM and is tightened with two mounting bands in acid-resistant stainless steel. It is available for pipe outside diameters from 40 mm up to 275 mm, and other sizes are manufactured to order. The working temperature is -60 °C to +80 °C and the coupling withstands pressure up to 0.6 bar, but installation is only on gravity systems.
