About the product
The SCW coupling is a straight pipe coupling in EPDM with a backing plate that makes it possible to join pipes of different material types and different sizes. The face-to-face length is 300 mm and the range covers spans from around 200 mm up to just over 600 mm, which means it also handles transitions between new and older pipes, for example new concrete 450 against older concrete 500. The coupling is used on stormwater and wastewater pipelines, that is to say gravity systems. The operating temperature is -50°C to +80°C.
