Bolt kits, short, acid-resistant EPDM

The bolt kit is used to join flanged joints in pressurised water and wastewater systems, and is a complete kit where bolt, double washers, nut and flange gasket are included. The short design is suitable when two flanges are drawn directly against each other. The bolts are acid-resistant and the nut is treated with Gleitmo 627 to prevent galling during tightening. The bolts comply with ISO 4014/DIN 931 (M6S). The range covers DN 50 to DN 900 with flange drilling PN10 and PN16, and the bolt size varies from M16 to M36 depending on the size of the flange. The number of bolts and hole pattern follow the flange drilling, for example 8 x M20 for DN 150 and DN 200 PN10. The flange gasket with steel insert RSG-TW is available in EPDM or NBR.
