Long bolt sets, galvanised EPDM

The bolt set is used to draw together flanged joints in pressurised pipe systems, for example between valves, pipe fittings and flanged pipe ends. The set is complete and includes bolt, washer and nut in galvanised finish, together with a flange gasket with steel insert of type RSG-TW. The long version is suitable when the bolt needs to pass through two flanges or through joints with a larger face-to-face dimension. The range covers DN 50 to DN 900 with bolt sizes from M16 to M36, and is available for both PN10 and PN16 with drilling to match the flange's hole pattern. The number of bolts, pitch circle diameter and hole diameter follow the flange's pressure class, so the set is selected according to the flange's DN and PN. The gasket is supplied in EPDM or NBR depending on the medium.
